Need New Cycling Shoes

I’ve been saying I’m going to get new cycling shoes for a couple years now. The pair I have are the very first pair I started in triathlon with and – yep, you got it – they are the most very entry-level triathlon shoes one can buy. But they work. And they’re comfortable. A few years ago, I bought a new pair which never really fit quite right. Just a little too loose, but I never returned them. So they are now my “indoor” cycling shoes.

I put up on Facebook a request for shoe suggestions. Out of 8 responses, I received 8 different suggestions. Go figure. However, one of the suggestions was exactly one of the shoes I was considering:

The problem is, if I get another pair of shoes that doesn’t fit quite right, then I need to return them and start the process over again.  Just the thought of that gives me a headache.  I just want a good pair of shoes that fits right and I want to go out and ride.  I have the brand new pedals and cleats already here waiting to be put on.  Time to pull the trigger!
