I got my start in triathlon from my Mother in law when I was 23. She talked my husband and me into signing up for our first triathlon, where I vividly remember standing on the starting line and thinking I must be crazy. We have both been hooked ever since. I am currently living and training in South Carolina with my husband and crazy yellow lab. I grew up on a sailboat here, attended the College of Charleston, spent a brief time in Macon, GA and then couldn’t resist returning to the amazing Low Country!
