If they have the cans stacked up I will stand on them…. maybe the store? No, coffee for me…

All the Rev3 races of course… then the Las Palomas Triathlon (Great Mexico Party with a race in the middle), Nathan’s Triathlon, Steelhead 70.3
What’s one trait that you hate about yourself: That I am not independently wealthy, where I could afford to train and race around the world without having to do the 50+ hr a week job…. oh and I love Ice Cream….mmmm… waffle cone with chocolate chip cookie dough…
Favorite pre-race food:
oatmeal with raisins and banana, glass of V-8 with green super food in it, First Endurance EFS bar to snack on before the start….
Chocolate or salted chips?
No chocolate covered salted chips as an option?
I guess I would go with chocolate to appease my sweet tooth
Triathlon goals for 2010:
Qualify for IM World Championships, Break under 2:04 for Olympic triathlon, Have lots of fun with my cool Trakkers gear…
Advice you would give to a new triathlete:
First and foremost – Have fun. Triathlon is a sport that you can conceivably do for a lifetime so have fun while you train and race. Yes it is fun to go fast, but at then end of the day it will be more about did I have fun and enjoy the experience than I saved .05 seconds… Second – Hire a local coach to guide you towards your goal… it will help you use your time more efficiently (especially if you work full-time and have a family) by focusing on doing the right workouts and eliminating the non-quality ones.. plus there is nothing better than to have someone to calm your nerves and talk through your concerns during training and prior to race day…. Oh yeah… Did I say remember to have fun?
