I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and currently the Manager of Behavioral Health for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. My career includes work in public mental health, private practice, working for the Army treating victims of domestic violence and child abuse, and now in Managed Care.

I fell into triathlons by accident in 1993 when a friend at my gym talked me into doing one. I was hooked I have raced since then, but have missed some season due to serious illness and injuries. So this will be my 10th race season.

Outside of work and training I enjoy movies, baking, gardening, and shopping! I have a serious shoe fetish.
